HARMAN FAIZ HABIB MUHAMAD
Harman Faiz Habib Muhamad was appointed to the Board of PLUS Malaysia Berhad on 1 July 2023.
He joined UEM Group Berhad (“UEM”) in 2009 and is currently the Acting Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of UEM Lestra Berhad (“UEM Lestra”), the green industries arm and wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM, effective 1 February 2024. As the Acting CEO of UEM Lestra, Harman Faiz is responsible with the planning and execution of UEM Lestra's strategies and operations, including strengthening and growing the green assets under UEM, the green investment platform of Khazanah Nasional Berhad.
Harman Faiz holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the International Islamic University Malaysia. His professional journey includes being an advocate and solicitor at Messrs Mohd Khamil and Co, and Messrs Zaid Ibrahim and Co. He also served as the Head of Legal Services at Malakoff Corporation Berhad, prior to joining UEM. He held various positions in UEM, including Head of Legal, Director of Corporate Support Services and Director of Commercial.
Apart from PLUS Malaysia Berhad, Harman Faiz’s other directorships include the board of PLUS Expressways International Berhad, UEM Builders Berhad, UEM Olive Capital Berhad, Cenergi SEA Berhad, Konsortium ProHAWK Sdn Bhd and several others.
